Customised Assessments

Assessments can be standard assessments where we carry out the Third party assessments against the generally accepted standards and/or models. These may include the assessment of Business Processes against international Business Excellence models like Malclom EFQM for organizations looking for going towards CII-Exim Award.

The other services under this head include assessment of the organization and/or its suppliers against the Security Vulnerability Assessment; Environment Health and Safety Legal Requirements in India; assessment of special manufacturing processes using special tools like CQI9 and CQI12; assessment against Responsible Care Guidelines published by Indian Chemical Council (ICC); and Laboratory Assessment against ISO 17025. Assessments can also be carried out against the standards developed by team of DQS India like Environment Health and Safety Risk Assessment using exclusive tool which is based upon ISO 31000 and Failure Mode Effect Analysis.

The Vendor Assessment is customized to suit the requirements of each OEM / Organizations. The assessments generally cover supplier system on quality leadership, supplier base management, manufacturing process control, corrective and preventive quality, six sigma techniques and lean manufacturing. Each supplier is assessed based on size of supplier or criticality of product and process. A detailed report specifying score and gaps with respect to is presented at the end of the assessment and subsequent follow up assessments are conducted so as to see the improvement in the areas identified.
